The geometric magnification of the medium size equipment costed around the 10 million yen class is 20 to 50 times, however the FX – 300 tR achieves 800 times like the enlargement rate of the large size products costed the 30 million yen class.

FX-300tR can be suitable for various inspection applications from BGA defects analysis, BGA crack analysis solder ball bonding conditions, check of solder filling condition at the through hole, check of void inside lead free solder, to the observation of the condition of wire bonding by increasing the magnification.

It is also possible to observe while changing the sample angle with the optional turntable.
